Welcome to Alpha villa in Flic en Flac situated on the West of Mauritius. If you are looking for comfortable, relaxed, stress-free atmosphere and peaceful holiday near the beautiful beaches and amenites for an interesting rate, Alpha villa is the ideal place for 2 friends and family. Flic en Flac enjoys the best climate in Mauritius as it is dryer, less windy and enjoys the warmest temperatures all year around.
Alpha villa is a recently built Tourist resort, conceived and designed to provide you with all comforts. It is an entirely airconditioned, cosy and convivial guest houses in a quiet and charming area led by a private family. Flic en Flac is a main tourist village with all amenities in the nearby. It is also the place that Mauritians head for if they want a night out for entertainment and fun (restaurants, bars and discotheques) and great shopping from the local market to the expensive boutiques and galleries. Also nearby is Tamarin another beach resort with bars and restaurants as well as a lovely beach running on from Le morne yet another area of natural beauty and renowned as the longest beach in Mauritius.
The Residence comprise:
5 x 2-bedroom apartment (3 -5 persons) -
4 x 1-bedroom apartment (1 - 3 persons) -
6 x studio ( 1- 3 persons) -
Each apartment has its own kitchen and living/dining area equipped with a TV and bathroom with hot/cold water 24 hours. Each apartment has a balcony. Air-condition is optional. The Open verandah at the front of the Villa provides a relaxing and cool area where guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, rice cooker, water cooker, coffee maker, gas cooker and all kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. Each apartment has an iron + table.
Services are provided for cleaning and changing bed sheets and bath/kitchen towels.
Bedrooms are with all comfort, bathroom with shower and private toilet.
All linen and towels are being provided free of charge.
From the villa in Flic en Flac, 50 metres walk to any buses going anywhere to the other part of the island. The villa is situated near the centre of Flic en Flac (10 min from the hypermarket Spar and 50 meters of the beach).
Flic en Flac is protected from the south east trade winds and with sunny skies almost all year round, Flic en Flac has been able to add good weather to lovely scenery and become the most popular tourist area on the island with his nice beaches.
Flic en Flac is a bustling resort with everything you could need during your holiday. The bungalow is situated near the centre of Flic en Flac (10 min from a very big supermarket and 200 meters of the beach), You will also have access to all the services (Local Tour Operator, Doctors, Pharmacies, Banks, Post Office, office to exchange money, Restaurants, Bus, Leisure, laundries, hairdressers, water sports, beaches, Car Rental, dentists,etc...).Ile aux benitiers off the West coast has become a favorite stop for catamarans and diving groups. The famous botanical garden of Pamplemouses is only at 25 km from our bungalow. The capital of Mauritius, Port Louis is at 15 km from Flic en Flac.
While located beside the biggest shopping centre in the main tourist area Flic en Flac, the house is within 50 meters from public beaches and other local facilities including bank, supermarket, restaurants and hotels, tour operators, souvenir shops, Pharmacies, doctors,Banks, Post office, office to exchange money, leisures, hairdressers etc
Sightseeing excursions, boat-trips, wind surfing, parasailing, water skiig snorkeling, diving and deep-sea fishing are offered by independent companies nearby.
