There is a magic about Bali that many find it hard to explain. In my opinion it has to do with the people from this very special place who are amongst the most honest, sincere and open hearted souls on earth. If you haven't been to Bali, you need to go, and if you have I'm sure you are looking forward to next trip, as I am. Villa Bali is a stunningly beautiful house filled with handcrafted teak and coconut wood. It boasts two pools, and 5 bedroom house and 4 luxury villas. There is a full staff that cleans daily, does the laundry, and prepares meals. If you planning a trip to Bali, come stay at Villa Bali and make you trip a very special one. Interior Specifics: House: Approx 3,500 square feet As you walk into the main house at Villa Bali, you first notice the lush, tropical landscaping filled with palms and flowers. The next will surely be the 45 ft. long 15 ft. wide infinity pool with overlapping sides. The pool is made of natural blue tiles with selected cream sand stone border tiles. It is surrounded by local Balinese coconut wood sun deck, and furnished with sun lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool is chemical free using Australian imported salt water pumps. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off. Just above the pool and deck is and open air living and dining room. There are 30 ft. vaulted coconut wood beams and timber roof. The walls have a smooth creamy white finish and are a natural looking combination with the dark wood. There are ceiling fans hanging from the rafters, and tasteful art and lighting fill the rooms. The flooring is polished terrazzo with wooden border from coconut wood. Two king size day beds furnished with soft pillows fill the room and surround the antique timber entertainment center with built in TV and DVD. The room also has floor to ceiling blinds made of bamboo and canvas to keep out the elements if necessary. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with full range oven and stove, Large stainless steel fridge, microwave, and settings for up to 20 people. The kitchen was not left out in the architectural beauty, it is open air with many windows, a wooden and stainless steel topped work island, and deep extra large sinks set in terrazzo. The master bedroom, which is nearly 800 square feet, has hand selected floorboards made from the finest hardwood. It is surrounded by full length timber sliding doors, with views in all directions. The bed is a super king made from selected timbers, with build in bedside tables and night lamps, and hanging mosquito net. There is also a lounger day bed with a TV, DVD, and drawing table. All rooms are equipped with remote control air conditioners. Curtains hang from all windows hand made from selected fabrics. The master bath also has hand polished terrazzo floors, vanity and oversized sunken tub. The shower is an over sized, fully enclosed, glass panel, with a ceiling hanging extra large shower head. This a truly a room and bath fit for a queen. There are 3 guest bedrooms with similar details to the master. Each one has a private bath with outdoor showers, and only the finest amenities at every detail. Also attached to the house is staff room and laundry. On the other side of the property is 4 bungalows and another pool. The bungalows are constructed in pure Balinese fashion. The roof is made of traditional Balinese Galung-Galung, which is like an extra thick weave of palms. The wall are smooth creamy white cement and the front doors are double sided, hand carved traditional Javanese teakwood doors and frames. Inside the ceilings are raised and vaulted with select timbers. There are the finest quality queen size beds with mosquito net. They are also furnished with floor to ceiling wardrobes, night stands, and benches. They all have private bath with oversized sinks, bamboo mirrors and outdoor showers, with recessed drainage and lattice flooring. There is also a shared kitchen for bungalows, lounges, an outdoor shower, and a teak framed, thatched gazebo by the pool. The grounds are flowing with grass, tile walkways, and gorgeous landscaping.

Area Description

Bali is an amazing place, and there is so much to doâ€Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¦ The beaches are beautiful, from the crowds of Kuta to the perfection of Nusa Dua, there is a lot of ground to cover. Make sure to take a long walk from the house up the beach to Kuta, itâ€ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s great to just take a bag and go for the day, walking the whole time til you end up having a drink at a beach side bar at the end of the day. You will be asked to buy watches, sarongs, and t-shirts, and offered an hour long massage for a couple of bucks. That what makes this place fun, try not to be bothered, the people mean well, and are very friendly, just have fun with them and smile. There are beachside restaurants and hotels that are open to anyone who wants to stop in and grab a bite to eat. You can also hire a car and driver for 15-20 dollars a day, and have them take you out to the beautiful beaches on the Bukit Peninsula, including Uluwatu, Padang Padang, Bingin, and Dreamland. Here you can surf, or watch while having lunch from a Warung (small family run open air restaurant) on the cliff. Or you may choose to go to the beautiful beaches of Nusa Dua, which are long white sand beaches perfect for swimming and snorkeling and are backed by luxury resorts such as 4 Seasons, and Ritz Carlton. Around the other side of the island is world class diving. You can also do activities such as hiking a 10,000 ft volcano, or white water rafting, or biking through rice fields. On the interior is the old town of Ubud, which many go to visit and never leave. Itâ€ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s a great place to shop, and spend the day out of the sun (itâ€ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s usually cooler and wetter up there). The house is located very centrally, so itâ€ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s very easy to walk or take a short, cheap cab ride to many restaurants or shops
