This beautiful home located on the 4th green of the Beaver Creek^® Golf Course represents the perfect escape anytime!  Surrounded by Beaver Creek^® Mountain , Bachelor Gulch Ski Area and towering cliffs... this vacation home places you in the heart of Colorado Rocky Mountain adventures. Serviced by Beaver Creek's^® complimentary shuttle, guests are chauffeured from the house directly to the slopes, restaurants or shopping, day or night.

With a spacious floor plan, this 3 level, 4,700 sq. ft. home is graciously appointed in a unique blend of European and Western styling.  This 6 bedroom (with 4 additional hide-a-beds) 6 1/2 bath mountain home can sleep up to 16* people.  

* For a four bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house rental, the attached caretaker unit is not included. (Restrictions apply, rates vary based on the number of guests.  Subject to availability, certain black-out periods apply).

Our 6 large bedrooms at the Beaver Mountain Retreat are individually appointed, yet each offers:

• Comfortable, Verlo^® mattress on king beds in all 6 bedrooms


• 3 additional hide-a-beds, one each in 3 different bedrooms


• 1 bed-in-a-box sleeper for a small child 


• Cable TV with VCR and/or DVD in all bedrooms (extensive movie library in hall closet)


• Large private baths with shower (shower + Jacuzzi tub in master bath)


• Spacious walk-in closets 


• Delightful in-floor heating






• 3 stone gas fireplaces: (Master bedroom, great room and caretaker living room)

Guests will also enjoy the ambiance and charm of the common area of the house:

• Sound system with CD and tape player, as well as TV w/VCR & DVD


• Hot Springs^® 6-person, hot-tub on the patio


• 2 fully appointed kitchens with multiple ovens and an island cooktop


• Washer, dryer and built-in ironing board in laundry room


• Large deck with seating for 15

Rental Rates Summary

 

Cancellations: Full refunds, less $100 handling fee, for cancellations made 60** days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 60** days of arrival are non-refundable. (Partial refunds, less $100 handling fee, may be offered if property is re-booked for all or part of the original time frame.)  **120 days for holidays.

Security/Damage Deposit:  In addition to the above rates, a security deposit of $1500 is required per rental.   The security deposit, in full or a portion thereof, will be refunded within 60 days of departure.  Deposit may be applied against, but not limited to, damages beyond "normal wear and tear",  breakage, non-reported extra per-person charges, non-reported gatherings in excess of 20 people (per occurrence), fire alarm charges, water damage resulting from negligence, unusual cleaning charges including smoking odor removal, or any other circumstances deemed extraordinary.  Security deposits are due with final payment 60 days prior to arrival, 120 days for holidays.

Payment:  A 50% deposit by check is required within 10 days of making a reservation. The balance of 50% plus tax is due, by check, 60** days prior to arrival date (**120 days prior for holidays).   Any deposit not received within the prescribed 10 days voids the reservation.
