This recently built, 3000-square-foot, luxury home is located three-point-three miles up Baldy Mountain in the Woodmoor subdivision, on a cul-de-sac, hanging over the side of the mountain with an unobstructed, 180-degree view of the Ten Mile Range from Buffalo Mountain in Frisco to Quandary Mountain (one of Colorado's fourteeners). Full view of Breckenridge and the ski area below.
Gorgeous, four-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath home, gourmet kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, of course), two decks.
Area DescriptionAhhh, the timber, the fresh, cool breeze... I was truly at home in my forest-like surroundings in Breckenridge! If you are looking for a Colorado Mountain getaway, look no further. The location of this mountain home is ideally situated less than 5 minutes up the mountain from the village of Breckenridge.
Boasting a beautiful deck off of the main great room (with fireplace), it was a difficult decision to barbecue outside on the deck, or cook inside, using the gourmet kitchen. Either place, the view was spectacular, from the mountainside Ski Runs across the Valley, to the Village of Breckenridge nestled below.
You've heard of my stay at Goldilocks? Well, each of these beds were "Just Right". Lots of room for my family; each little cub enjoying a great night sleep after we all relaxed in the hot tub, which was conveniently located on the second deck, just outside the master bedroom!
This beautiful home is perfect for a large family or group of friends to enjoy that much needed retreat from the city. Get together to talk, play games, eat, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy privacy in a second family room on the first floor.
