A spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, 2½ bath villa with a private swimming pool located on a promontory between Pointe Baptiste Beach and Hodges Beach on Dominica (pronounced Dom-in-ee-ka), the "Nature Island of the Caribbean." It is the perfect sized luxury villa for 3 couples or a family of 6-10.

Belle Cote is no small cottage or apartment. Everything speaks comfort, quality and style. It is a spacious, fully-outfitted, air conditioned home for your family and friends to enjoy. The Great Room with cathedral ceilings offers a comfortable retreat on the leather sofas to read, listen to music or watch cable TV. You may want to use the high-speed internet let your friends know what a great time you are having in paradise. The 12'x13' kitchen is completely equipped with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, dryer and microwave. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation, plus more, is at your fingertips. The large master bedroom with private balcony and queen-sized bed offers restful sleep before those hikes and tours. Enjoy beautiful, large showers in the tile baths with Carrera marble sinks. Poolside, there are 2 bedrooms, a separate full bath, and a comfortable sitting area.

With the tropical climate and views of the mountains and sea, who wants to be inside! The covered balconies provide shady areas to enjoy the breeze, the smell of the ocean and tropical showers. Open balconies to enjoy the sun, or watch the rainbows, hummingbirds and swaying palms. Enjoy the outdoor living with over 900 square feet of balconies. With all the amenities, you will have to decide where to enjoy local tropical fruits and juices or grilled fresh lobster -hmm, maybe by the pool. The beaches and rivers are great, but your private pool just makes it better.
