Area Description

Sooke Ocean Resort is located on two private acres in the heart of Sooke overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.  Walking distance to the town centre.  This 4000 sq ft accommodation features some of the best amenities found in Sooke’s accommodations.

Guest House rental rates are based on six persons, there is an additional $25 per person/per night fee for additional guests.

NO smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on decks, gardens and beaches.

A $500.00 Canadian Security deposit is required at time of making your reservation and will be refunded upon completion of inspection by our staff.

A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay.  For stays longer than a week, and additional cleaning fee may apply.

All rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and are subject to applicable taxes.
