Private Cottage Resort at the Tip of Old Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Beach Point Club #25 is a newly-renovated, freestanding 1 Bedroom cottage condo located at the Provincetown/ North Truro boundary line, with double (Full-size) bed in the bedroom, and blowup air mattress in the loft area with window and fan. There is a regular love seat (not a bed) in the living room. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children when utilizing the loft. Full contemporary kitchen includes 4-burner gas range, full-size fridge, microwave, electric drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans and utensils. Bathroom with shower. Two color cable TVs (one in bedroom) & DVD player. Private, walk-off sundeck with picnic table, electric lavarock BBQ grill, beach chairs, yard, and an heated outdoor shower.

The complex is very quiet and private. The large resort-size swimming pool is located directly across from the cottage. The cottage is steps away from a beautiful private white-sand beach with a 10 ft tide. When the tide is out, it is fun to take a walk, collect shells or lay on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. The beach overlooks Provincetown & the tip of Cape. Ocean breezes make it great for kite-flying. This Cape Cod bungalow awaits you. Sorry, NO pets. Maid service at end. Ample free parking is included.

Leisure days often include the Cape Cod National Seashore & extensive bike trails; or relax at the bayside beach less than a minute from your cottage, overlooking the Bay and the incredible views of Provincetown, the Monument and Long Point with lighthouse (the very tip of the Cape). Walk out 1/4 mile into the Bay at low tide on clean, smooth white sand like nowhere else in Provincetown! Later as the shadows grow long across the sand, head downtown and browse in the many unique shops and quaint art galleries of Provincetown.

Sand between your toes, kite-flying on Beach Point, New England clambakes & boiled lobster dinners, and romantic sunsets are all in store for you in Provincetown, not to mention the nightclubs, cabarets and many great restaurants, shops and galleries!

No pets are allowed in the interest of other vacationers and due to the association rules. A fine would be imposed and you would lose your security deposit if this rule is broken.

Regular summer shuttle bus stop from resort entrance can take you to Race Point or Herring Cove Beaches, the supermarket and downtown area for a small fare; all shuttles have bike racks.

Rental Rates Summary

Weekly rates are $475/week in June & $525 in Sept; $375 in May & $450 in October (Women's Week is $550). Daily rates with a 3-night minimum are also available in the off-season.

July and August rates are $850-$900/week.
(July 4th, LGBT Family Week and Carnival Week are at the higher rates). *Rates include taxes. Rates subject to change.
$100 refundable security deposit on all rentals.
For less than a full week rental, please clean unit or add $60.00 cleaning fee.
Application Requirements: Full name, home/mailing address, cell & home phone numbers, number of adults/children in party, preferred dates requested.
Financial Requirements: 1/2 rent due within one week of making reservation; balance of rent and refundable $100 security deposit due one month prior to check-in date.
