Vacation Rental Description
Our Cape Cod vacation rental home is located near the beach—about 2 miles from Cape Cod Bay and 2.5 miles from ocean beaches—on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking the Cape Cod National Seashore. The two-bedroom main house described here, has been featured in a national magazine and two books. It enjoys sunset views and even a peek of 7-mile distant Provincetown from its rooftop deck. There is also a one-bedroom guest house lies down a 150-foot path from the main house. Choose either house or, for the best value, take both! (See separate listing on this website or go directly to the owners website.) The guest house has a separate parking area, which is used when the houses are rented separately. This home has a handcrafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a space of their own for older children.
Area Description
The Laurel is in one of the most attractive areas in Truro (The Pamet), convenient to Truro center (1 mile), Wellfleet (5 miles), Provincetown (10 miles). Neighboring Provincetown and Wellfleet are packed with shops, galleries, museums, and restaurants. There are water sports, whale-watching opportunities, great biking and hiking trails, and the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast.

2011 SEASON Low-Season (through 10/14)
Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000; Both Houses: $2100
Off-Season (10/15/11-5/25/12 except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Main House: $975 or $600 minimum for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 minimum for up to 3-nights; Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights. Email for holidays rates stating desired dates and number of people.
2012 SEASON High-Season (6/23 to 8/24)
Main House: $2500; Guest House: $1400; Both Houses: $3500 Low-Seasons (5/26 to 6/22 & 8/25 to 10/19
Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000 Both Houses: $2100 Off-Season (10/20/12 to 5/24/13, except Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Security Deposit We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details)
