Vacation Rental Description
"Sundance" is a beautiful Custom Home built in 2000. It sleeps 10 with 4 bedroom & 3 bathrooms. The pool is South Facing & also has a wonderful spa. Large screened Lanai with an outdoor kitchen. Inside has Luxury furnishings along with a large well stocked kitchen for entertaining. We also have 2 kayaks, 4 bikes & a ping pong table. On a deep sailboat canal with large dock for fishing. There is an optional new powerboat on a lift if you want the "Ultimate" Vacation.
Area DescriptionCape Coral is a sister city to Ft Myers. The Caloosahatchee River divides the two cities. Lots of great things to do as a family. Beautiful water for boating & finding your own beach.
