Vacation Rental Description
Our villa TANARA offers about 150 square meters, consisting of :
- a big open living-room,
- an open kitchen that is completely and comfortable equipped with self counter and all necessara electrical devices : stove with sel cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a double door freezer/fridge with water, ice and chilled dispenser in the door.
- There is an open prandial area, three bedrooms (Master bedroom, Queen bedroom, Twin bedroom) and two bathrooms with hair dryer on each.
- The Master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the living area and has a King size bed and a 32'' LED TV Flat screened. the Master opens onto the patio by a sliding glass door.
- The living room is outfitted wit a big flat screen : 46'' LED TV Flat screened with Blueray DVD for jovial evenings. There is Reading Area and there is wireless internet available for free use.
- The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
- The third bedroom has Twin beds (2).
- An utility room provides a laundry with wash machine and a dryer.
- The double garage is electonically controllable and with access to the bouse.
- The outdoor area, with two fans and lights, consists of a generous sized canopied terrace, a table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers. this outdoor area is fully covered by a screen to protect it from insects. You can enjoy your meal in a most relaxed atmosphere with an electrical barbecue grill.

Seasonnal rates for 2 adults (Children free until 10 years) are as follows
- 1 week : USD 475.-
- 2 weeks : USD 950.-
- 3 weeks : USD 1400.-
- 4 weeks : USD 1695.-
Each additionnal personn : USD 50.-/week.
Christmas, New year, Easter : + 15% (high season)
Caution : USD 500.-
Electricity : USD 25.- included/week (Final pricing at the end of holidays)
Taxes : 11%

Area Description
The Villa TAMARA in the southwest of Florida is in a very quiet residential area, close to Del Prado Blvd, near shoppings and restaurants. You might want to visit the Everglades, which are only 45 minutes away. Or you can reach the vibrant metropolis of Miami in only about 2 hours and visit the famous Ocean Drive in South Beach and about 3 hours to Orlando.
Due to the excellent road nework the Fort Myers International Airport is only about 30 minutes away.
