This gorgeous, gated community is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. "2B by the Sea" is a great, new 2004, beachfront property, has a private pool. The pool is HEATED during the months of March, April and May! The pool is between the unit and the beach, so you can watch the pool and the gulf at the same time. This low density, five acre development has a trailer/boat parking. You can enjoy a campfire on the beach, walking along the gulf shelling, an afternoon swim in the pool, golfing nearby, and grilling out while watching the sunset from the comfort of a private open deck. A large screen LCD TV is located in the Den for evening movies after a long day at the beach. A wall mounted LCD TV with a playstation2 game center is located in the bunkroom to keep the kids entertained. This property is more spacious than most, features greater views.
