Located on a privately-owned, 14-acre estate, this lovely, decked, cottage-styled home with tennis court is situated on 14 acres of lush tropical greenery: palm trees, banana trees, lemon trees as well as fragrant hibiscus and jasmine adorn the grounds. Protected by a barrier reef and cove, this home is right on the beach overlooking the turquoise sea. Imagine having your morning coffee or tea out on the deck with the tropical breezes soothing away your cares. No high-energy, noisy life exists here! Sunset Beach House has two bedrooms, a loft, living room with pullout sofa and 1 1/2 baths. A fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are at your disposal. A/C, telephone, dial-up internet, satellite TV, VCR, movie videos, DVD player, stereo and CD player. Bikes, sea kayaks, small boat with motor (skiff), fishing poles, and pick-up and return to New Bight Airport included. Private pilots and boaters welcome. Car and boat available to rent as well.
Spend your days lounging on the beach, snorkeling, diving, beachcombing, or watching dolphins and manta rays at play. Explore
the island and discover its history, old plantations and ruins. Shop for island fruits and vegetables and hand-made straw hats and purses. Dine out or grill your catch-of-the-day caught from
Reynold's charter boat after a day of deep sea fishing; or have his
wife/chef Janice, prepare a true Bahamian feast right in the home
for you.

Rates vary due to demand/season. Security deposit required/refunded
within 45 days of departure subject to terms of rental agreement.

Pickup and return to New Bight Airport included. Private pilots and
boaters welcome.
