Vacation Rental Description
This lovely 3 bedroom 2 Bath property has a view of Avalon Harbor and the ocean beyond. It is quiet and pleasant and has all the amenities of home. You may arrange to borrow our golf cart. We have two tandem bicycles and a wagon. There is snorkeling equipment and wet suits. You might arrange with our neighbor to go out on our boat. We have a full kitchen and laundry room. Relax and enjoy. The city requires that our home be rented for one month or longer. You can share the 30 day rental with one or more persons, but we can not rent for less than one month.
Area DescriptionSanta Catalina Island is a beautiful, historic gem. reminiscent of a Mediterranean Coastal village. We have wonderful back country hikes, biking, and 4-wheel drive exploration. There is incredible fishing and a wonderful array of shops and restaurants to visit. You might visit the Wrigley mansion, the Wrigley Memorial and Botanical Gardens, go parasailing, tour around the town in a golf cart, go kayaking in the ocean, learn how to Scuba dive, catch a lobster, or just relax and enjoy the beauty of Southern California's only 'Mediterranean Village.'
