This beautiful and quiet apartment is situated in the centre of the Gothic District of Barcelona in a building that dates from 1836. Included in all the modernist route tours, this building maintains its original structure with high ceilings, wood beams, mosaic flooring and the original windows of XIX century. The apartment has suitable accommodations for six, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen with dining area.

You'll have a fabulous view of Casa Marti, a neogothic building by architect Puig Cadafalch, from both the living room and hall. The building is mostly known for the famous café-restaurant "Els 4 Gats," the 4 Cats, where you will be treated to a bottle of cava should you drop in for dinner. Important artists of the beginning of the century shared social and literary gatherings in this famous Café.

Area Description

The location is superb. Only a few metres from Portal del Angel (the commercial area), two minutes to Las Ramblas, two minutes to Plaza Cataluña, two minutes to the Cathedral and the Gothic District, 10 minutes to Paseo de Gracia and 15 minutes to the Old Port.
