Parrothead Paradise Beach House is one street over from the Bay Area's most-famous tropical Beach! You'll enjoy the sun, surf and soft sand. Here you can Relax...Unwind... and create memories that will last a lifetime!

 

Rental Rates Summary

RATES:

General Rate: $1800 or make offer.
March, April & Holidays: $2,900.00
June, July, thru August 15th: $2,550.00
Plus 12% tax and $150 cleaning fee.

TERMS:

$500 deposit plus tax due at time of reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival via cashier's check, money order, debit or credit cards.

$500 damage deposit due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

 

 

The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. Cancellation notice required for all properties is 30 days prior to arrival. Loss of deposit only. Should cancellation be necessary with less than the required notice, advance deposits, rents or other fees will not be returned. NO refunds for early departure and/or eviction.
