Vacation Rental Description
Our home has 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and is the largest model on the resort.
The 1st master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite with large bath, shower, balcony with table and chairs, cable t.v, safe and walk in wardrobe.
The 2nd master bedroom located downstairs has a queensize bed, ensuite with bath and shower, wardrobe and cable t.v.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 located upstairs with twin single beds in each and share the third bathroom, both rooms also have cable t.v.
A washroom is located downstairs with toilet.
The living/dinning room is a spacious area with patio doors leading outside. The living room has 2 sofas one being a sofa bed, cable t.v, dvd player and telephone. The dinning area accommodates seating for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all white goods eg washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, iron/ironing board etc and also has a table and chairs.
Our home is fully air conditioned with additional fans. We also have a stroller for those who have young children.
A brick paved area outside will accommodate parking for 2 cars, lawned areas surround our home with a patio area at the rear.

Regal Palms Resort and Spa is a 4* rated resort.
A gated community with 24 hour reception and guest services situated only 8 miles from Disney World.
A perfect choice for families wanting to relax in a resort style atmosphere.
The private grounds feature an extensive 2.5 acre heated tropical pool complex that has a lazy river, waterslide, zero entry pool, an additional pool and outdoor hot tub.
Adjacent to the clubhouse is the restaurant and bar serving food all day. A barbecue is also available at lunch time and is served around the pool area. Within the clubhouse you will also find a games room and internet cafe.
Included in the price is unlimmited use of the gym and its facilities which include a steam room, sauna, indoor hot tub and all the gym equipment. Treatments are also available at the Spa but of course will have a fee attached. Also included in the price are daily newspapers which can be found at reception plus all towels both in our home and around the pool area.
The resort also provides a shuttle bus to all the major theme parks.
Adjacent to the resort is a prestigious 18 hole, 72 par Championship golf course and tennis courts.
There is a shopping complex approx a 5 minute walk from the resort which has a Publix supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various food outlets and we also have a large Walmart just a short drive away.
