Our delightful 3 bedroom villa with private heated pool is ideally situated in the select development of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. The peaceful location we enjoy makes it the ideal choice for rest and relaxation after a day at the theme parks or exploring the many other attractions Florida has to offer. Driving time to Disney is less than 20 minutes and all the other major area attractions are close by. The Pool area is South-west facing. Our single story home will accommodate up to 8 people & is furnished to a high standard & is extremely comfortable. Our 3 bedroomed luxury home has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. The pool has solar heating and optional additional heating is available if required at reasonable rates. We would recommend using the additional heating between November and March. The house is a single story property and will accommodate up to 8 people. It is furnished to a high standard & is extremely comfortable. They property is not overlooked at the rear. Free use of gas barbecue! The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet, double dresser and additional single dresser. * 20" remote control Cable T.V. and DVD Player. * PC with Internet access * Radio Alarm Clock * HairDryer The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds, a large built in wardrobe, double dresser * Remote control cable T.V. * Sony Play Station The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed, a large built in wardrobe and double dresser * Remote control cable T.V. * Radio Alarm Clock There is a shared family bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms. The Living room is comfortably furnished with an Armchair and two sofas one of which folds out into an additional Queen sized bed, should it be required. For your entertainment there is a 32" remote control Digital Cable T.V. and a remote control surround sound system with 5 disc DVD/CD player & radio tuner. The kitchen has a table and 5 chairs which can extend to comfortably accommodate 8 people and the additional chairs required to seat 8 are in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a Floridian home. * Large Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice maker * Large Cooker/range with Ceramic Hob * Dishwasher * Microwave * Waste disposal * Cofffee maker * Kettle * Blender * Steamer and Toaster. There are ample utensils and crockery and cooking facilities for up to 8 people. For safety and the Benefit of all Guests we operate a No Smoking Policy throughout the Property
Area DescriptionThe local shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away at Champions gate golf resort. The immediate area is peaceful but the 192 Kissimmee area is just 10 minutes drive and Disneyworld is 15 minutes away. Nearest Airport: 25 miles
