The sub division is within 15 Minutes of Disney and within easy reach of all other attractions that Florida has to offer. There are 3 championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
The villa is ideally suited for families and comfortably sleeps 9.
First Impressions!
When you enter the villa you walk straight in to your own secluded private pool and spa area. The pool & spa can be heated for your comfort. The Pool area is deceptively spacious with ample room for the loungers and poolside furniture.

The villa is superbly designed, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area and your very own private pool it offers far more than a hotel room. Please take a tour and look around orange grove villa.

The lounge faces west so enjoy the Florida sun sets on the sun deck or sit in the air conditioned lounge in comfort on the hot steamy florida nights!
The living area has a spacious open plan layout with a very large cable TV/DVD & Hi-Fi for your personal entertainment. There is a seperate dining area. All TV's have premuim cable channels with an internal network in three bedrooms for invidual choice of channels. Plenty of games / DVDs/ Books for the children.
If you must make contact with the outside world there is high speed internet access.
We have just added a games room which features fussball and a full size pool table.
Kitchen & Utilities
The kitchen / laundry room is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Oven / Micorwave/ Refrigerator / Freezer/ Dishwasher / Washing Machine / Dryer / Lots of crockery / utensils etc.etc...
Time for Bed!
The bedrooms are ideally laid out for families. The master bedroom (Queen bed) has an ensuite bathroom & shower. The Cabana with Queen Bed has its own shower room and has access direct on to the pool area. A guest room has a double bed and the childrens room sleeps three. The luxury bathroom is adjacent to these bedrooms.
We have provided ample toys, a high chair & crib free of charge.
A safe is also available free of charge.

Aylesbury is a sub-division located near Davenport. 12 minutes to Disney / 20 mins. to Universal and 45 minutes to West Coast beaches
Very convenient for all the major roads for ease of travel to any part of Florida.
