There are 3 bedrooms on the main level along with a large family room with a fireplace & dining area with an exposed beam construction. Both areas also overlook Deep Creek Lake. The kitchen is modern and well stocked, with microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The main level also opens to a beautiful wrap around deck with a hot tub. The lower level, game room is equipped with a pool table, ping - pong table and sleep sofa. All 3 levels have a full bath. The one - acre lot is attractively landscaped with a large parking area.

The home conveniently located between Wisp and downtown Oakland, is adjacent to the Deep Creek State Park and Discovery Center. It is also just minutes away from Swallow Falls and the new Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI) at Deep Creek Lake, the world’s premiere whitewater course.
