This custom Colorado home was designed by the architect to the late Walt Disney. It is a California style split-3-level home build on the mountainside. The house takes advantage of the 1 acre lot and features wall to wall windows showcasing the endless National Forest views. Outside are a series of 3 split level patios that look both above and into the trees. This house was built with the view in mind, the patios face Northwest towards the LaPlata Mountains and the most picturesque sunsets you will ever see! The interior design was made possible by Roger Bouvier Remiers & Associates of Palm Springs, California.

50% deposit upon making reservation with final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit due with final payment
