Vacation Rental Description

A pretty little studio cottage with a queen size bed, fine linens. The private bath with a tiled shower has a hair dryer, lots of fluffy towels and is stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Open a window for lovely views of the backyard gardens. The mini kitchen will be stocked with a WELCOME BASKET for a continental style breakfast and afternoon snacks - juice and milk in the fridge. The cottage includes a flat screen television with DVD/VHS player. Keep cool with the ceiling fan or a light breeze through the open windows or A/C on warmer days. Enjoy your morning coffee or a good book in your own private courtyard. Wander the acre of gardens, swim in the pool, lounge in the flower-filled sunning area. BBQ on a large gas grill and enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the outdoor eating area. We are a NO smoking property. Come visit - we'd love to meet you.

Area Description

Kailua offers one of the best beaches on Oahu, myriad restaurants and unique shops, several nearby gold courses, hiking, horse back riding, bicycling, kayaking, snorkeling, and all the activities of Honolulu and Waikiki just 20 minutes away. An island of adventures and new discoveries. We are located just 4 minutes outside Kailua toward Honolulu in a little cooler climate and out of the area traffic.

 

Rental Rates Summary

July 1, 2011 - Oct 16, 2011 $99 a day Oct 16, 2011 - March 30 2012 $125 a day April 1 2011 - June 30, 2012 $105 a day All rates are plus Hawaii State Tax and $75 departure cleaning fees Security deposit $200 .Two people per suite maximum. 

Security deposit $200 per suite.Two people per suite. A 50% deposit with confirmation of dates, balance 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings with arrival less than 60 days.If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum). If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights that are able to be re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights able to be re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.Rates subject to change without notice.
