Rental Rates Summary

Rental Rates – Main House:

     1.   Jan 5 to May 31                       $7,000.00 per week

     2.   June 1 to Aug 31                      $8,000.00 per week

     3.   Sept 1 to Dec 18                      $7,000.00 per week

     4.   Dec 19 to Jan 4                        $9,500.00 per week

          a)      All rates are subject to adding a Hawaii Sales Tax and Hotel Room Tax of 11.96%

          b)      Deposit required - $1,000.00

          c)      Main House – Weekly rate is for 10 persons

               (1)         Extra person - $500.00 per week

               (2)         Children below 5 – no charge

General:

     1.   Reservations – 1 week minimum

     2.   Deposit

          a)   Refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before first day of reservation.

          b)   Non-refundable if cancelled less than 59 days before first day of reservation.

     3.   Guests will pay a cleaning fee of $400.00 for the Main House cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
