Magnificent ocean view from your second-story, home-away-from-home. This charming, fully furnished apartment has everything you will need for that perfect vacation including a full kitchen, linens, and lanai-deck with an oceanview.

The cottage has one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with twin beds. There is a very large living room, nice dining room, and a kitchen with all your need to whip up meals for big appetites that come with being at the beach. You have your own beach access and washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The views from the wrap-around deck are especially nice.

This cottage may be rented separately or together with the the eight-bedroom, 4.5 bath, beachfront Main House.

$1500.00/week

Rental Rates Summary

Rental Rates Guest House:

     1.   Year round                               $1,500.00 per week

          a)      All rates are subject to adding a Hawaii Sales Tax and Hotel Room Tax of 11.96%

          b)      Deposit required - $500.00

          c)      Guest House – Maximum 4 persons

General:

     1.   Reservations – 1 week minimum

     2.   Deposit

          a)   Refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before first day of reservation.

          b)   Non-refundable if cancelled less than 59 days before first day of reservation.

     3.   Guests will pay a cleaning fee of $250.00 for the Guest House cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
