Vacation Rental Description

Come and escape to our modern upscale beach home, just steps to the sand, in the exclusive Moonlight Beach area of Encinitas. Centrally located just 1 block from the beach and 1 block to downtown Encinitas.  Encinitas is the quintessential beach town that boasts over 60 restaurants & cafes, unique shops, nightclubs, & art galleries.

 

This beautiful is home decorated with stone floors, vaulted ceilings and cozy living room to make you feel right at home. The spacious and open great room allows for entertaining and relaxing. The master bedroom features a modern queen-sized bed with private bath. The guest loft includes a 2 twin beds and the guest bedroom has a nice size double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs.  The top-of-the-line kitchen is fully equipped for all one’s cooking needs. Small pets will be considered with deposit.  We have 2 beach cruisers for use, boogie boards and other beach toys. The front yard features a seating area and putting green.

Additionally, the home is 2 blocks from the Coaster train, which will take you to Downtown San Diego, the airport, museums, shopping, theater, etc. Golf at Encinitas Ranch, tennis is within blocks, or play the ponies at Del Mar (July-September), visit Legoland, hike San Elijo, Torry Pines, go to Seaworld, visit Historic Old Town,  Balboa Park, or take the train to Mexico.

 

San Diego is known for its year-round sunshine and warm climate. Our location provides you with easy access to all that San Diego has to offer.
