Evergreen is a prestigious mountain town 30 minutes from downtown Denver and 45 minutes from the slopes of Loveland. Great restaurants and hangouts. We are two miles or four minutes from the Evergreen Lakehouse, yet you feel like you're the first settlers in the county. Its perfect for wedding parties, relatives or attending the fly fishing school or just hiking the many trails near town or base camp for a few hundred other activities - this IS Colorado!

The queen master suite is surrounded by the views. It has a sitting and desk area. Attached is the newly remodeled master bath and a cute little toddler/baby room.

The main floor has two huge bedrooms with a shared bath between. Both have plush queen beds, a sitting area and a desk area. One bedroom has cable TV and a DVD player.

The main level also has the open living / dining / kitchen area with windows everywhere. We have a gas log fireplace for those special romantic nights.

The dining has room for six and a deck just out from there. Just outside the kitchen is the patio where the private hot tub awaits you.

The patio is just outside the kitchen and once you head out, the pines, the private hot tub, and that perfect Colorado climate wont let you come back in easily.

The lower level has an extra bedroom with a 3/4 bath and a single raised bed over a futon for either overflow sleeping or great for kids. Even the basement window has a mesmerizing views of the lake and Mt Evans.

Rental Rates Summary

May-Sept 3-6 nights: $155/night for 2, $180/night for 4, $205/nt/6, $230/nt/8 & $255/nt/10.

Subtract $10/night for 7+ nights.

Subtract $20/night Oct-April.

May thru Sept are 5 night min if avail.

X-Mas, New Year's, Thanksgiving & July4 are 5 night minimum. Add $50/n holiday fee.

$300 refundable deposit reserves your time & reverts 2 refundable security deposit. Deposit returned within a week after stay. 100% refund up to 2 months b4 stay. 50% refund up to 1 month b4 stay. Full refund for all rebooked nights. 2-week stay earns 1 comp(free) night. Rent due two months before arrival. 4PM check-in and 10AM check-out. Call for rates and arrangements for longer stays.
