Vacation Rental Description
This is our current home but we wanted to rent it during the holidays since demand is so high. Its also available starting next summer so we can do some remodeling at the other place.

Custom built 14 year old with numerous amenities and thoughtful additions. 3000 sq ft. Highly recommended if you are considering building in the future just for the ideas.
Nearly every morning you'll be greeted with a nice to spectacular sunrise and almost every night the lights of the city are an absolute thing of beauty.
Every bedroom has a view with 3 new beds and a futon in the 4th bedroom. A sofa-sleeper in the den/loft finishes accommodates two more.
We've had 5 visits from groups that needed a place when we were already booked and all of them have loved it. Its romantic, relaxing, classy, comfortable, very thoughtfully designed and of course decorated with Rebecca's miraculous skill. The kitchen has all that you would need to cook up holiday meals to perfection.
5 minutes from I-70 - quick access to the slopes or to Denver or Disneyland (if you drive fast.)
4 PM Check-In and 10 AM Check-Out.
