The women will enjoy this ultra luxurious bath with Jacuzzi tub, while the gentleman can enjoy their own luxurious standing glass shower and bath. The master also has a separate sitting area, with a balcony that jets out over the pool area, for those nice relaxing nights with a delicious margarita.

The owner has made each guest as inviting as the master, with high end luxury hard wood furnishings, high count sheets and comforters, and of course the absolute best designer accents that make the home come together. The Guest Bedrooms are configured with (3) Queens, (2) Full sized and (2) Twin sized beds. This is an absolutely charming Mansion that is without a doubt a treat to vacation in.

Rental Rates Summary

**3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY**

High Season (October 15 - April 31): $7,950/week

Low Season (May 1 - October 14): $6,950/week or $1,200/night

Holidays (Easter/X-mas/New Years): $11,000/week

11% tax + $350 exit cleaning fee + $2,000 refundable security deposit.
