Vacation Rental Description

This 4th floor condo has a very comfortable 1200 sq ft. floor plan.

The large living room boasts a leather sofa (sofabed), 2 recliners, and a 32" color TV with VCR/DVD player.  The airy dining room seats 6, but if you prefer a more intimate dinner, there is a small table in the kitchen.  The spacious master bedroom has a craft-matic king size bed (the kind that raises and lowers head and feet), dresser, armoir, chair and its own TV & DVD, as well as a master bath.  The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, dresser, TV and a comfortable chair for reading.

 

Everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable will be provided -from our fully equipped kitchen including serving utensils and dinnerware and microwave, to linens, towels, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and more!

 

We ALSO provide beach chairs, oversize beach towels, and even a cooler for the beach! 

                                                                 

Located at the beginning of the sand bar, you are literally steps away from the widest part of the beach.   Right next door to the Holiday Inn, our condo will provide you with great accommodations away from the congested area near the bridge.

 

While at Ft. Myers Beach, you can relax and listen to the surf; go next door to the bars and listen to the music, or take a walk across the street to Santini Plaza, where you will find 8 restaurants, including the Italian Fisherman, Sand Bar Grille, South Beach Grille and the Fish House Restaurant.  A CVS drug store is across the street, and the grocery store is less than a mile away!

 

Relax at the patio table on the screened lanai in comfortable chairs, while enjoying a view of the heated pool.

The condo has been redecorated and renovated.  We have done our best to make it "your home away from home".
 

Area Description

The Ft. Myers Beach area has a lot to offer, with an executive golf course (under $30) nearby.  Catch the Island Trolley for a tour or an easy way to get around the island.  Maybe rent a boat or go fishing at the Marina across the street.  Or you can go jet-skiing, parasailing or kayaking at Lover's Key.  Also close by is the Key West Express boat for a trip to the Florida Keys.

Rates are Per Week and based on a 2 week occupancy.

Discounts given for rentals longer than 4 weeks. Cleaning fee is included in rental rate.

$300 refundable security deposit (higher for monthly rentals), payable by personal check, money order/cashiers check or paid through PayPal is required to confirm booking. This deposit will be returned after you have completed your stay, the condo is inventoried and cleaned, and the keys are returned.
