This beautiful home offers soaring ceilings and over 2400 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, family room and well-appointed kitchen with Corian counter top, breakfast bar and morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and over-sized patio. High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds.

If interested in boating you can also rent our boat, a 2008 Four Winns F224 day cruiser, and explore the wonderful attractions surrounding Cape Coral: Captiva, Sanibel Islands, Fort Myers and Naples Beaches. There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. You can see dolphins, manatees, pelicans, eagles, and a wide variety of wildlife.

Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs to the guest. We will also require a credit card on file for all of our guests.
