Vacation Rental Description
The immaculate Geropotamos villa is in a quiet location yet not far from a wide of selection of amenities. The recently built villa is situated among olive groves, about 20 km east of the town of Rethymno, 7 km from the village of Panormo and 4 km from Ageliana, in the area of Latzimas. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 5.5 km away. The villa is set within large grounds (1000 sqm) and is 100 sqm in size and is suitable for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool of 25 sqm. On the ground floor there is a welcoming and comfortable living room with sofas, a corner fireplace, attractive dining area, satellite TV and just off this a fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and a full cooker. Next to the kitchenette there is a small shower/WC which also houses the washing machine and an iron/ironing board. There is a double bedroom on this floor, with a beautiful wrought iron double bed and a wardrobe. Upstairs on the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms each with elegant wrought iron twin beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower attachment and WC. The twin bedrooms also share a balcony equipped with bamboo furniture.The villa has 4 air conditioning units, a private swimming pool of 25 sqm and stylish furniture, including umbrellas, sunbeds and patio chairs, a portable BBQ, 3 spacious sun verandas with lovely views. There is a good selection of tavernas, traditional coffee shops and a variety of gift shops in the local area and in the near villages.
