Vacation Rental Description

Typical small landhouses,with 2 yards like it has been tradition, restaurated with a lot of knowledge and very well equiped,with a pool in one of the yards, in the real + typical village, 5 km up from the small town of Rethymnon. Here you will find studios,25 m/2, for up to 2 guests and apartments like a maisonette, 36 m/2, for 2 - 4 people.Aircondition,safe(extra charge) + SAT TV is included and breakfast possible at extra charge.BABYBED available if information, NO extra charge.
In the near village center there are taverns,the Cretan like to go,small shops, baker and the busstop with connections into the town.Anyway for to discover Crete,we suggest to rent a car too, the next beaches are like the town in 5 km,but there are a lot of others and a lot of trips on Crete are possible.
A short drive out of Rethymno up into the hills, behind the town will bring you to the small village of Atsipopoulo , where this lovely group of stone houses and apartments are built. Some of the houses are very old and fully restored with their history going back to the 18 th century.
The tiled courtyard is filled with trees and flowers, in the middle a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs and relaxing couches, a small bat is available. There is also a communal roof terrace where you can take in the vista over the rooftops of the village and the countryside to the sea below.
The apartments are mostly arranged over two floors with a lovely spiral staircase connecting the floors, and are decorated with colorful prints on the walls, wicker furniture, pretty soft furnishings and lovely pieces of traditional Cretan pottery that are artfully scattered around.
Air-conditioned, with cool tiled floors, big windows and double doors that open to the terraces, the interiors are sunlit and airy.
