Vacation Rental Description

Greetings fellow travelers!! We are renting out our home away from home. It's a beautiful and luxurious 2 bedroom condo in sunny and warm Acapulco, Mexico. This is a first class stay without breaking the bank. Most hotels in the area will cost double, but does not give you the privacy, comfort, and security of renting out a condo. There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a master bath, his and hers sink. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a dresser. There is smaller bathroom next to the guest bedroom that has a bathtub.  There's a kitchen with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with utensils, plates, and cooking appliances. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. Dining area and living room decorated with tasteful and modern furniture with Mexican accents. There's an outdoor balcony that wraps around the unit with patio furniture and it overlooks the ocean.

 

The condo is located in prestigous and private area of Acapulco located walking distance from the famous Princess and Mayan Palace hotels.

 

Everything is near by either by walking distance from the condo. There are four star restaurants a short cab ride away, that will overlook the cliffside and ocean. There are major grocery stores nearby as well.

 

There is a beautiful pool that you have access to as well as access to the pool in the Mayan Palace.

 

There is a parking spot in case you want to rent a car and there is not internet or cable but the front desk is extremely helpful and will order food to the condo or help you order a cab.

 

We ask for a $200 refundable deposit that will be returned to you after the apartment has been checked for any damages and a $25/day cleaning fee. There are no taxes or other hidden fees.

 

We will assign a host to greet you on your first and last day of your stay and she will provide you with all the necessary information and give you the keys upon your arrival.

 

Low season rates begin at $200/night and high season rates begin at $400/night. Please inquire about discounted rates for stays that are longer than one week. Payment must be made in full at least two weeks prior to your stay.

Area Description

Playa Diamante is a secure and safe resort area in Acapulco that is gated and has security at all entrance points. There are many private homes and condos in the area as well as two of Acapulco's four star hotels, Mayan Palace and the Princess. You are a short cab ride away from major stores and 15 away from the cliffside where many four star restaurants are and overlook the beautiful bay

Rental Rates Summary

Rates begin at $200/night in low season for 4 ppl. Any additional guests are $50/night. (total guests allowed are 6) There is a 2 night minimum stay.

For high season (American and Mexican holidays-vary-please contact us for information) rates begin at $400/night for 4 ppl with a maximum of 6 people allowed. Additional guests are $50/night and there is a 3 night minimum stay.
