Rental Rates Summary

Nightly rate: $230/night for 2 people - Minimum 2 nights.
Weekly rate: $195/night for 2 people - Minimum 7 nights.
Each additional guest: $15/person/night up to 8 guests. E-mail us for 9+ guests
Plus one time Departure Cleaning Fee & 11.41% Hawaii State Tax.
$500 Security Deposit required to confirm, refundable within 2 weeks after
departure. Full Payment due 60 days before arrival (90 days for Holidays).
Major Holidays and Merrie Monarch Week have higher rates and longer minimum stays.
