Our gorgeous 3 bedroom beachfront condo on Florida's Suncoast is available for those wanting one of the best accommodations in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area. Located directly on Indian Rocks Beach just 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. Sandy beaches, extending for miles, can be viewed from your private balcony. Imagine sipping you favorite drink in the evening while watching one of the most beautiful seaside sunsets anywhere. Wake up in the morning with the gentle sound of the surf drifting through the master suite patio doors. Enjoy Tennis at our private court, a few laps in the heated swimming pool or unwind in a poolside Jacuzzi. Enjoy walking, jogging, or biking the miles of tranquil beach. Hungry? Don't feel like going out for dinner, create your own at one of our gas barbecues in the delightful poolside picnic area adjacent to one of the largest sundecks on the beach. We are located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's and Salt Rock Grill restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa. Terms of Rental
- Holiday rates are 10% higher (April 11 - 17, Jul 4 - Jul 10 2009)
- Add 12% sales and resort tax to final price
- Deposit of $200 with application per week of stay, due one week following actual booking
- All payments due upon arrival
- Cleaning fee of $120
- Maximum 8 persons
- Check in at 4:00 PM
- Check out at 10 AM
- 30 day cancellation notice required for refund ($50 service fee once deposit is received)
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, entire deposit is forfeited
