Vacation Rental Description
We rent Saturday to Saturday June 1st - August 15th!
Our home has been totally remodeled from top to bottom. New everything. Wonderful OCEAN/Lagoon view from our private balcony and master bedroom. Less than one minute walk to the ocean and less than a minute walk to the pools. Den has Queen sleeper/sofa.
We have one of the premere villas at the Island Club as rated by our former guests.
Center Island location, (between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal) with lots of world class golf, tennis, shopping and restrauants close to the unit. Plenty of activities and the island is very family/children friendly.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE VILLA!
Area DescriptionThe Island Club is located between Palmetto Dunes Plantation and Port Royal Plantation on the Atlantic Ocean. Surrounded with any activity that may be of interest. Close to shopping, golf, movies, tennis, restaruants, whatever needs you may have. Wireworks every Tuesday eveining during the summer months and lots of children activities at the Island Club to keep everyone happy.

Rental Rates (In U.S. Dollars):$175.00/night $1450.00/week $2200.00/month Rental Rates SummaryWe rent our home Saturday to Saturday only from June 1st - August 31st. We only rent monthly January 1st - March 31st. Our monthly rate is $2200/month. A four night minimum stay will be accepted from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - December 31st. Summer weekly rate is $1,450.00 plus 11% tax. Spring and Fall are $1,150.00 per week plus 11%tax.
