SEA PINES - 5th Row home on HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Swim in our private, fenced pool or stroll down the beach walkway to the beach.

Enjoy our SPACIOUS home in tropical Hilton Head-Sea Pines including 5 bedrooms, and 4 baths. It features 2 MASTER SUITES with private baths that are perfect for 2 families. It sleeps 14 people total. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas.

There are 3 separate living areas: living room, family room, and Carolina room. The kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and double ovens. The kitchen opens up to the family room to create a large family gathering place in the evening.

Get away and relax in the beautifully tiled CAROLINA ROOM. There are TVs, VCRs, and DVDs throughout the house, including the bedrooms, for everyone's entertainment.

Relax and sun bathe around our large pool which can be heated at your request. It has a privacy fence for your enjoyment and your children's safety. It includes a spacious hot tub for you to enjoy our tropical Carolina nights. Enjoy some shrimp and a glass of wine as you grill out your fresh seafood on our gas grill.

Enjoy a walk or bike ride on Hilton Head's 40 miles of bike paths or 12 miles of beach. You are only 1 mile from either South Beach or Harbour Town. A few of Hilton Head's activities include dolphin watching, Bubblegum cruise, sunrises and sunsets, golf, miniature golf, skateboard park, water park, tennis, parasailing, rollerblading, and hiking through the 600 acre nature preserve in Sea Pines. Hilton Head is ideal for bird watching. You can rent bikes and other items and have them delivered right to your door to enhance your vacation experience.

Bedding, towels, and all linens are provided. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.
