Built hillside overlooking downtown. Our unit #314 is a lovely 1-bedroom, with a large patio overlooking the pool and a view of the mountains and the south bay. Smoking on the patio OK.

Area Description

The Puesta del Sol is a gated condo complex in the center of downtown. There is 24-hour security and all condos are fully-owned by Americans and Canadians.

The condo is within a very short walk to the finest restaurants, shops, galleries, grocery stores, beaches and nightclubs.

Although you can enjoy authentic Mexican food and shopping, PV also is home to the Hard Rock, Sam's Club, a Super WalMart, Outback Steakhouse and more. There's a Sam's, Super WalMart, Outback Steakhouse, beautiful beaches, snorkeling, golf, jungle tours, para gliding, fishing, horseback riding.

Rental Rates Summary

The rate is $75US/day with a 6-day minimum for high season which runs mid-November through mid April. All other times of the year the rate is $55US/day with a 6-day minimum.
