Rental Rates Summary
You may rent just the studio or the entire place with an additional bed and bathroom. The studio with king bed rents for 175.00/night or 1,200.00/week and the additional bed and bathroom with queen bed is 45.00/night extra for 2 guests and 75.00/night or 500.00/week for 3 or 4 guests - plus tax and cleaning. For privacy I only rent to one party at a time.
