This lovely one bedroom non-smoking condo is less than 100 yds from the ocean. It is located on the third floor. Enjoy the ocean view and let the waves and palms lull you to sleep at night. This condo has been completely remodeled with granite counters, new cabinets, great large shower, and new living room furniture. The king-size bed is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen, new flat screen TV in the bed room, free cable and wireless internet hook up, free local phone calls, and DVD/CD/VCR player with ipod hook up. The Prince Kuhio Complex is ideally located on the sunny shore; just feet away from the best snorkeling beach on Kauai. We are located next to the beautiful and quiet Prince Kuhio Park, which is Hawaiian sacred land. There is a nice pool on site that has both sun and shade to meet your needs. There is both a gas and charcoal grill in the gardens that have many unusual plantings. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Parking is free and there is both a covered garage and open parking. The Ultimate Kauai Travel Book rates the Prince Kuhio Complex a "Gem".
Rates are as follows:
Three to 6 nights are $135 a night
Seven to 14 nights are $120 a night
Fifteen or more nights are $110 a night
There is a $100 out cleaning fee and Hawaii State Accommodation Tax of 12.42% Refundable damage deposit of $200
