Vacation Rental Description

New colonial houses built in 2005 are a 1 minute walk to the sandy beach and 2 minute walk to the marina where you can use a free boat slip for your rental week. Just 400 feet from the water with tall pines and a filtered view of the lake. Houses have a deck and porch. Paddlefans in each bedroom.

Area Description

In the Summer, enjoy swimming and boating at Kezar Lake with its mountain views (rated by National Geographic as one of the 5 most beautiful lakes in the US). Boat and canoe rentals also available at the marina. Golf at beautiful Lake Kezar Country Club which is approximately 1/4 mile from rental house. Enjoy hiking numerous trails in Lovell and the White Mountain National Forest or pick blueberries in the field around the house during blueberry season.
Enjoy cross-country skiing or snowmobiling on beautiful Kezar Lake. Direct access to snowmobile trails from lake. 12 Minute drive to day or night downhill skiing at Shawnee Peak, 35 minute drive to Sunday River Skiing or drive 35 minutes to North Conway, NH for outlet retail shopping, ice skating and more ski areas.
