Vacation Rental Description

Our fully furnished, three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential estate just 3 miles southwest of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance. Our villa is more spacious than average with gardens front and rear on a 80ft x 120ft plot. The south facing pool is solar heated and enclosed by mesh screening with poolside furniture and a covered patio area. Gas heating is available in the cooler months. The garden is fenced and a forested area to the rear of the property provides privacy. The villa is air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room/dining area, front lounge and dining room. There are ceiling fans in most rooms for your added comfort. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including a fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and chilled filtered water dispenser. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower, bath, twin washbasins and walk-in dressing room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and are located next to the second bathroom. Bed linen, towels, coat hangers, hair dryers and radio alarm clocks are provided. A baby crib, highchair and stroller are also provided. Facilities include two televisions, two dvd's & CD players with a selection of dvd's, music, books, games and toys. Security safe and 24/7 monitored security alarm system. Attached double garage with internal access and electrically operated door. All utilities, local/national and international telephone calls, US Management Services and cleaning on departure are included.

Area Description

We are so close to the parks that it is easy to return to the villa for lunch or an afternoon swim then go back for the evening entertainment. Restaurants are only 5 minutes away and good quality food stores 10 minutes. Universal and Seaworld are approximately 20 minutes, Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast and St. Pete's Beach on the Gulf Coast around 70 minutes. The estate has two recreation areas which include a communal pool, childrens play areas, basketball, tennis courts and walking trails. There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity with Champions Gate golf complex only 5 minutes away. This 36 hole course was designed by Greg Norman and is the World HQ for the David Leadbetter Academy and was voted 'Best Overall Course 2002-03' by Florida Golf Central readers.
