Aloha and welcome to Hale Kona Kai, Hawaiian for "House by the kona Sea", rent an Absolute Oceanfront vacation condominium on the big island Sunset Coast -- Kailua Kona Hawaii.
At Hale Kona Kai you are so close to the ocean, if you were any closer you would be swimming! Our guests experience Honu (Turtle) and Spinner Dolphin viewing year round (Whale watching is seasonal). Just sit back, you have a ring side seat from your private large wrap around lanai. Choose one of only 6 of these special overside lanais that offer about a 180 degree view of the ocean. Your lanai just about hangs over the ocean!
Our fully appointed 1 bedroom 1 bath units have all the comforts of home. Kitchens are well equipped with all full sized electrical appliances, utensils, dishes and linens. Each of these condos have a private wrap around lanai off of the living room, overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean and the waves of Kailua Bay. All of our bedrooms also face the ocean and have a King sized beds. There are full baths with lots of towels.
Our charming Hale Kona Kai Condominium complex is small (3 dozen condos) and oni a quiet little side street. It is the only true and absolute ocean front condo complex within easy walking distance of Kailu Kona town, about a block and a half away. We have a sea side pool, central air in each unit, coin operated washers dryers on each floor, an elevator and free reserved parking. Oh and yes .. WIF
There is a little white sand beach a short 1/2 block walk to the south.
A Farmers Market about a 2 block walk north.
Right next door enjoy oceanfront dinning or a tiki bar at the Royal Kona Resort.
These 6 special corner oceanfront wrap around lanai condos are managed by an on island management company, Triad Management. We proviede an on site hospitally office for your needs.
