Longview point is a new plush comfortable apartment offering a beautiful lake front vacation or weekend get-a-way. Longview Point provides one of the longest, obstructed views on Lake Murray. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from your private balcony. The property is located on the point in a deep water cove and is perfect for swimming, water sports, fishing, and boating.

The historic Bomb Island, the first official Purple Martin sanctuary in North America is clearly visible from the boat dock. Take short predawn or evening boat rides to the island and observe hundreds of thousands of Purple Martins fill the skies over Lake Murray as they make their way back to the Island to roost.

The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, combination bedroom-living room which will sleep 4-5 people, large walk in closet with lots of storage and an extra large bathroom. Standard amenities are TV, Cable, DVD player, Stereo System,electric fire place, and Telephone. Extra amenities include wireless internet, game room with pool table, games, dart board, and a ½ bath.

The dock is shared with owner's property but is rarely used by owners. Washer/Dryer is available. Arrangements can be made for boat ramp use and trailer storage on or adjacent to property.

The location is close in and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. .(Lexington side/east side of the lake) (Sleeps 5).

Lake Murray covers 78 sq. miles or over 50,000 acres and 650 miles of shoreline. is centrally located in South Carolina. If you are planning a trip to meet family or friends along the Eastern part of the USA we are about half way between New York (725 mi.) and Miami (648 mi.). If staying for a week you may find it just a short drive to places like Myrtle Beach (170 mi.) & Charleston, SC (100 mi.), Atlanta, Ga. (190 mi.) and Augusta, Ga. home of The Masters Golf Classic (50 mi.)
