Vacation Rental Description
Enjoy a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinners on the large deck. This house is situated on a gently, sloping lot with a great swimming area. It has a covered gazebo with built in benches and electrical service. This house is located near Holland's Marina and a free public boat ramp. Holland's Marina offers full service restaurant, gas dock, and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights during the summer.
Sleeping arrangements include two queen size beds, two single beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar and dining area. Both the kitchen and the den are facing the lake front and open up to a very large deck with over a two mile view. The deck includes patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Camp fires (wood provided) are allowed by the waters edge.
No Smoking. Pets with approval only.
Rates are based on occupancy up to 6 people. Can accommodate up to 8 people with an extra charge.
