Vacation Rental Description

Lake Front House, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, LARGE deck, Covered Boat Dock included. Great place for a vacation. Sleeps 2 to 8 with the use of a sofa sleeper. It has 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds plus the sofa sleeper. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, and clothing. Linens are included except for beach towels. And we even furnish some fishing tackle for those that
would like to try their luck. Great fishing off the dock. Crappie beds have been installed.

We are located in the Horseshoe Bend area of Lake of the Ozarks. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Rental Rates Summary

Our rates per night are based on an occupancy of 2. Rates are increased $10. per person per night over 2. Example: 4 people in high season for 7 nights would be $735 plus $140.00 (2x$10.00 x 7 nights) for $875 for the week. Children under two do not count in the total. A cleaning fee ranging from $50. to $90. depending on number of guests will be added to the above rates. A deposit of $200 (High Season) or $100 (Low Season) is required to reserve your dates. Final payment is due 21 day prior to occupancy.
