Located on the south shore, Caribbean side,  in the middle of the island this convenient location is 5 minutes from town with grocery stores, banks, shops, post office, restaurants, etc.  Equidistant from the east and west ends of the island you're minutes away from any and all activities.

Rental Rates Summary

Payment may be made with a bank wire or personal check.  Add 20% for required government taxes and service charge.  Housekeeper comes M-F excluding holidays.

Low season is from April 16 - Dec. 14.  $1300 USD +

High season is from Dec. 15 - April 15. $2100 USD +

 

The first floor rentable space is completely separate from the second floor which is owner occupied on occasion.
