Clean, simple, privately gated, 1950's style building with hardwood floors.Enjoy the BBQ and Tiki Bar in our sweet Patio area . Adults preferred. Once you arrive a car is not really necessary!! Live video feed from the balcony and more photos and information go to our website. Across the street is the world famous Comedy and Magic Club where Jay Leno performs every Sunday. A block away is Pier Ave where all the Singles and couples mingle all day and night. AVP Women's Professional Volleyball Team practices regularly at 10th and 11th Court within view of the apartment.
