Relax on the back deck watching the sun rise and set while the horses roam on the distant pasture land all surrounded by the Maggie Valley mountain range. This 2 story cabin sits at 3,000' elevation in the valley with 3,200 s.f. of living area for your large family to vacation in . The stone wall fireplace is a great place for the family to gather. The kid's will love the huge recreation room with 32 inch TV, pool table, and ping-pong table. On the outside deck relax in a Thermaspa hot tub. This cabin comes furnished with 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 king beds and 2 double beds in private bedrooms, a large recreation room with 2 double sofa sleepers, and 2 double futons). Open Year round and minutes away from Cataloochee Ski Area, Waynesville Main Street, Ghost Town, Tube World, and Cherokee Casino.

Monthly Rate: Negotiable

Checkout Cleaning, Firewood and Spa Cleaning included in the rental fee.

A Haywood and Jackson County Occupancy Tax of 3% and N .C. Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all Rental Fees.

Reservation requires a 50% prepaid Rental Fee deposit made by credit card at the time of making the reservation.*

Reservations forthe month of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week's will be the entire Rental Fee and are non-refundable made by credit card.*

A $250 Security Deposit will be collected on each rental and will be returned 30 days after your arrival if the cabin is found in good condition.

Rental fee balance payments and Security Deposits must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations and will be charged to your credit card.
