Area Description

Old Orchard Beach is a beautiful seaside community.  This condo is located at the southern end of the town, just a few steps from the most beautiful beach.  The pier and amusements, food stalls and tourist attractions are within walking distance, a left turn out of the driveway.  Turn right and you are in the old-fashioned community of Ocean Park, with its historic cottages and quiet ambience of a New England beach neighborhood.  The long, wide, flat sandy beach is the perfect place for a family to spend sunny days and make happy memories.  The lovely city of Portland is less than a fifiteen minute drive.  The Old Port is filled with superb restaurants and beautiful shops.  The Maine Mall is also just a a short drive.  this area is convenient to other amusement parks, antiquing, shopping, hiking, and plenty of restaurants.
