Vacation Rental Description

A lovely completely furnished/well outfitted loft apt. on first floor landing located on the quietest block in Tribeca, next to Soho in lower Manhattan. It consists of two sleeping areas, with one queen bed in one sleeping area and in a second smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double sofa-bed in the living room. Complete dining/service for 6, with a well outfitted kitchen and one fully appointed spacious bath with many extras.
The downtown location is ideal in one of New York's hottest most
trendy areas, right near the new Hudson River Promenade that runs along the river all the way uptown with much outdoor activity going on all the time in a traffic free zone.

Area Description

This landmark historic district (19th century cast iron architecture)
with wide cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and shopping of SoHo and the 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. Home to the spring Tribeca film Festival.
Much area celeb spotting, Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho,
Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Park, right along the river, where there are miles of an uninterrupted wide biking and pedestrian jogging path w/o
cars, that go all the way uptown,as well as several lovely waterfront
parks. We are one block from express subways, with 10 minutes to Lincoln Center/museums and Broadway theatre and shopping, with taxis on corner. There is tennis, kids playgrounds, ping pong, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets along the nearby waterfront park. Supermarket, gourmet and health food shopping within walking, distance. The area is extremely family friendly/ safe at all hours.
